My Little Achievers

Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information My Little Achievers collects and how it is used. It describes how the app actually works today. Please also have this page reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before relying on it for compliance purposes.

1. What we collect

  • A parent email address, used to sign in to the app.
  • Your family name and your children's profiles (name or nickname and date of birth). A child's date of birth is used only inside your family to show age-appropriate money lessons, and is never shown publicly.
  • The records you and your child enter: daily habit results, approvals, rewards, pocket money wallet entries, gifts, self earnings, expenses, savings, giving and donation records, and investment records.
  • Learning progress: lessons completed, quiz attempts and scores, and learning badges.
  • If you choose to join the community leaderboard (it is off by default), a nickname and avatar for the leaderboard.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to run the app for you: tracking habits, calculating rewards, keeping your pocket money wallet and investment records, showing learning progress, and showing your own dashboards. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who can see what

  • Records are visible only within your own family. A parent can see their own children's records; a child can see their own records. No family can see another family's records.
  • The community leaderboard is optional and off by default. When a family joins it, only a nickname, avatar, rank, completion percentage and badges are shown — never income, gifts, expenses, savings or balances.
  • The app operator's administrator accounts can see account status and combined, family-anonymised analytics for running the service. Private financial records are never part of ordinary screens; any exception requires a stated purpose and is written to an audit log.

4. Storage and safety

Your data is stored securely in the app's database with strict family-by-family separation. Every important action — approvals, payouts, investment confirmations, status changes — is written to an audit log so history is never silently edited. If a family account is suspended, its data is protected and cannot be changed through the app.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Community participation can be turned off at any time.
  • Parents control learning for their children, including turning learning off or pausing modules.
  • You may ask questions about your data, or ask for your account and data to be deleted, using the details on our Contact page.
