Terms of Use
These terms describe how My Little Achievers may be used. They are written in plain language and describe how the app actually works today. Please also have this page reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before relying on it for compliance purposes.
1. What the app is
My Little Achievers is a personal and educational tracking tool for families. It helps parents record children's daily habits, approve them, and keep a record of pocket money, savings, giving and investments inside the app.
2. The app holds no real money
- The app does not hold, receive, transfer or pay out real money. Amounts shown are records of what parents and children enter and approve.
- The app never buys, sells or executes any real investment. Investment records are parent-entered records of things a parent has done outside the app, which the parent confirms.
- Nothing in the app moves money between accounts, banks or people.
3. Educational content is not financial advice
The lessons, quizzes and calculators in the app are for education only. Every calculator shows an educational illustration, not a prediction. Real results may be higher or lower, and investments can lose value. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or investment advice, and no return is promised or guaranteed. Do not make real-world money decisions based only on what the app shows.
4. Parents are responsible for their records
Parents enter and approve the records in their family. Please make sure the amounts you record match what actually happened in real life, because the app calculates from what is entered. One account is for one family; please keep your sign-in details private.
5. Fair use
Please use the app only for your own family. Attempting to view or change another family's records, or to change scores, balances or badges through means other than the app's own screens, is not allowed.
